findmy.health is a door in the MedicalRecords network. It is intentionally thin: it has no account system and no database of its own. It stores nothing about you.

When you choose to continue, your inputs are carried to MedicalRecords.com through a short, signed handoff link. Only the tool inputs you entered travel in that link — never health data, never results.

If you give us your email, we send a confirmation link first (double opt-in) and honor one-click unsubscribe. Analytics are first-party and cookieless — no ad trackers, no cross-site identifiers.

Your account, your records, and every choice you keep live at MedicalRecords.com, where you can export or delete all of it at any time.
